Lou Simpson should need no introduction to avid value investors, but he managed the investment portfolio of Berkshire's subsidiary, Geico auto insurance, for 31 years until his retirement at the end of 2010.
According to Buffett himself, Lou's investment track record has been stellar with an average annual return of 20% since 1980.
Lou Simpson started the investment advisory firm, SQ Advisors, end of last year and we have added the three quarters of data since then to our database.
It is fitting to see his old firm, Berkshire Hathaway, as the second largest position currently in his portfolio.
